All sales are final! We will gladly exchange merchandise within (7) days. Leave ALL details under the "Contact Us" tab. The newly selected merchandise can be an even dollar exchange or the difference in price will need to be paid prior to shipping of newly selected merchandise. Once we receive the returned merchandise to the P.O. Box on your package, SHIPPED Priority Mail ONLY (to ensure tracking), an invoice for the difference, if not an even exchange will be forwarded. Once paid the newly selected merchandise will gladly be re-shipped.
If we receive an incorrect shipping address we will gladly reship your merchandise to the correct address. You will have to pay for re-shipping. Once the merchandise is returned to Our P.O. Box and the shipping invoice is paid, we will re-ship your merchandise immediately.
All orders paid before 3 p.m. (est) ship the same day! Orders paid after 3 pm (est) ship the next business day.
